Admin clones

Static reproductions of the four POS back-offices we tore down — rebuilt from the captured DOM, styles, and data, to verify how faithfully each admin could be cloned.

These are faithful static reproductions built during the teardown — not the live vendor systems, and not sunpos. They demonstrate that the back-office (the easy 20%) is highly cloneable. The real sunpos build is the live admin + POS.
